Guest guest
Hi Melinda, I am primarily cooking with it right now - I usually use dairy milk myself, but my son is allergic and was on soy milk. So I mainly switched to almond milk for him. He doesn't like to drink it but is fine if in his food. I think it's a matter of getting used to the taste for him - he's 4, and very picky with his food and doesn't like changes. I LOVE almonds myself, and the milk tastes great to me, for ANY use! As I use a LOT of milk myself, I'm not really set up to handle making it for me (yet), but hopefully soon (need more equipment).
