Guest guest
Look at the recipes for Total Tonic and Herbal Snuff in the files. Also, take nettle everyday to clear and prevent sinusitis. When I have a really stubborn infection I run hot as I can stand it water in the shower over my face, then have a nice cool pack of frozen peas wrapped in a towel ready right after the shower and hold that on the face. It really promotes draining, which is what is needed when you are totally blocked and can't even snuff up Doc's snuff hehe! Started where I used to work (I called it the mole hole) in a basement, lots of mold because of the freezers upstairs going down and ice cream etc. melting down the walls and goodness knows what else. It's been years and I just can't get rid of it. - nkbaker2001 herbal remedies Sunday, November 10, 2002 12:24 PM [herbal remedies] Clarise - tooth & gums Hi Clarise, One thing I have always used successfully on my gums, for tooth or gum problems, was Myrrh.
