Hello, I am confused again, can you explain if every

woman would take those herbs? If my mother is

menopausal and I am 31 do we both take the same thing?

I read an article that said that there were foods high

in estrogen and these caused breast cancer, among them

were sunflower seeds, cloves and red clover. It said

these should be avoided. It said Flax seed and soy

were weak estrogen that displaced the strong or

dangerous estrogen. I am more confused than ever. I

eat a lot of sunflower seeds and this month my cycle

was better than ever, I didn't get cranky at all

(that's caused by too much estrogen right? the liver

is getting it out of the body before the period), my

breasts only had a little tenderness and the bloating

was minor.

Do women need to take certain herbs at certains times

of the month? I have TMJ as well and now I am told

this can be tied to hormones too as women's hormones

drop at night. My TMJ is not as bad during my period.

I really want to help my Mom, because she feels LOUSY,

no hot flashes but a lot of joint pain, dryness, and

moodiness, does she have enough estrogen? she is on

estrace. I don't want her to get breast cancer either,

what should she take? What is the deal with sunflower

seeds and these kinds of estrogen foods, should I stop

eating these? What can we both take every month?

Should we instead take different formulas at different

times of the month? My naturopath recommended a book

but I'm still confused. He recommended cleaning out

the liver.

Thank you,

Sandy
