Oh dear! Thanks for this info, Doc. Is it worth it for us to get

our own soy milk maker? Anyone here do this? Or make our own rice

milk? Or what would you folks suggest?

Melinda,

We now switched to Almond Milk (from soya milk) which I make myself so that I can sprout the almonds first. Very easy to do, and very tasty!!

1/4 sprouted almonds,

3/4 distilled water

add vanilla, honey or stevia, etc for taste as you wish

blend for 2 minutes

note: do not peel the almonds. I do loosen the jacket to check that the almond is in good condition (sometimes you get some rotten ones, and you won't be able to see this with unpeeled almonds)

250gr of almonds makes 1 liter almond milk
