Hi everyone,

I've been getting emails from the list since August of 2001. Due to email

problems I couldn't post except at web site - what a pain.

I went no mail for about 3 months due to my health and learning to deal

with it. Being diagnosed with cancer stinks!!!!!!!!!!!

I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in July, got a complete

hysterectomy (ovaries, tubes everything) 6 weeks ago; everything was cancer

free except my uterus. I was Stage 1 Grade 1B hence no chemo or radiation.

I want to do everything in my power to stay cancer free. I just turned

59. We have the advantage of raising our own chickens and rabbits so we

know what's in them. We don't eat meat very often. Lots of veggies from our

organic garden are available during the warm months. Hubby is in the

process of putting up his huge greenhouse but it won't be complete until

next year. I walk up and down our mountainous property nearly every day and

have lost 22 lbs. I'm down to 124 at 5'5 " tall. My goal is to get down to

115-118 lbs. My cholesterol is a problem which a low fat diet and exercise

is bringing to more normal levels. I'm now at 226 from a high of 262.

I'm taking Astragulus and a mushroom combo tincture - store bought - to

boost my immune system.

I would just like suggestions from knowledgeable people on what diet and

herbs can do to help me regain my health.

Thanks,

Diane

Diane,

I would add Essiac - take it max dosages.
