Guest guest
Nakota, I eat some, but less, of other people's food, eat more of their veggies even if they are not organic, and just make sure I eat plenty of garlic that night or the next day, and plenty of water, to kill any of the bad stuff! I found that, for myself, that it's better than hurting well intentioned people's feelings. But if the people eat really poorly, I will decline altogether. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Thanks guys I appreciate all of your responses! I have tried to eat whatever they are eating (in great moderation of course) but my stomach has seemed to have become sensitive to it and doesn't agree with me. I come from a family of very poor eaters, if it isn't deep fried, covered in cheese with a side of gravy then it's not food (yep that kind of family), and I have found that I am no longer able to eat like that, nor do I want too. I have gone into great detail about my eating habits with the family along with the 'whys and what fors' hopefully they'll take it with a grain of salt and except it. But if not, that's ok, I won't stress myself over it. Thanks again everyone!!! ~Nakota herbal remedies, Skippy <vcrweb@p...> wrote: > Nakota, > I eat some, but less, of other people's food, eat more of their veggies even if they are not organic, and just > make sure I eat plenty of garlic that night or the next day, and plenty of water, to kill any of the bad stuff! > I found that, for myself, that it's better than hurting well intentioned people's feelings.
