Guest guest
Hi all, I (34, no children) have been living with pretty awful breast pain for several years now. Most things that are commonly recommended I found pretty useless - vit B6, E, go off pill, no caffeine (though I will not give up chocolate :-), increased fluid intake ... nothing. Also have spotting towards the end of my cycle (2-5 days on and off before period). Had my hormone levels checked, all fine. Am somewhat overweight, but not grossly so, and lost 10 pounds this summer which had no effect. I found info on natural progesterone cream, but a) I'm hesitant to throw any hormones into the mix when I have been happily hormone- and migraine-free for almost 2 years now, no matter how natural, and b) call me silly, but I would really like to see proof as in good ole double blind studies that that stuff works and is not dangerous. Same goes for vitex. Anybody who has been there done that, or can point me towards studies? Thanks, Anna
