Guest guest
Doc, I loved your newsletter about sprouts -- thanks! I had never thought about enzyme inhibitors before, but it makes such good sense. Are any of you folks sprouters? What health benefits have you personally experienced? I've been talking with some folks that eat loads of sprouts every day and have been hearing back about all kinds of miracles, from acne clearing up, to FMS clearing up, to tons of energy, to dramatic weight loss, even to facial wrinkles lessening. Wow! I'm sold! I've got 2 sprouters and 3 sprout keepers on their way to me in the mail and I can't wait for them to get here. I just had a big visit to the HFS and have my glass canisters loaded with all kinds of goodies to sprout including lentils, oat groats, sunflower seeds, buckwheat groats, sesame seeds, wheat, and more. I'm ready to rock and roll! For breakfast this morning, I had a bowl of apple, papaya (and ate 3 seeds, doc -- they were pretty good!), pineapple, grapes, and broccoli sprouts -- all raw, organic. Yumm! I'm ready to leap tall buildings. <G> I already feed sprouts to my parrots every day, but I'm thinking seriously I'd like to feed sprouts to my dogs. One gal I talked with said sprouts cleared up her dog's hot spots and flaky skin. Are any of you feeding sprouts to your dogs and if yes do you have any tips about how to get them to eat them? I've got some lentil sprouts ready for them for tonight, but I'm not sure if they'll eat them. Exercise? Just skip it! For those of you wanting to get more exercise, I discovered a delightful web site (I hope you won't mind my posting this, doc, as I don't see it as a commercial site, but rather as an inspirational one) -- http://www.iskip.com Melinda

Guest guest
Many thanks hon. Do you know, that most likely the basic food of a human being is sprouted heirloom grains. I've still got more research to do before I can say this with 100% certainty, but to date, all my research has verified this. Guest guest
No - Spelt is very good. It's the hybrids that are safe to ignore. Spelt, Barley, etc are all good.
