Guest guest
Hello, my name is Christine, and I am very new to this group. I am interested in learning to unleash my dormant healing potential through the use of natural herbs. Right now I am teaching myself what little I can within the framework of my current urban setting, and am looking for a situation where I could learn the use of herbs and natural health solutions in a situation where I could contribute to my environment and surroundings. More specifically I am looking for a farm or herbology school where I could apprentice or learn under someone experienced who could use my help. My problem is that I am finding it very hard to get in touch with such places. Do any of you know of such a situation? I currently live in the Pacific Northwest, but would be willing to relocate almost anywhere if the situation seemed near to what I am looking for. I thank you very much for your help. You will learn alot from the files of this group and searching thru the messages archives... there are online courses, in about a year our group owner Dr. Ian Shillington, will have an accredited course which you will be able to take. There is info on it in the files too. Suzi etherikali <redhairedmorrighan wrote: Hello, my name is Christine, and I am very new to this group. Guest guest
Christine, most herbal programs are distance learning. Most have interactive or at least information and messaging online as well. Australasian is a school near Salem, Oregon, that you can go to like any other college or learn on the net and mail. Just subbing to this list should get you off to a wonderful start. Just look in the files ;-) You will find a treasure trove of information on natural medicine.
