Not that kind of info? OK... <<What kind of diet do you have?>> This is " basically " it... of course, like most folks, I eat a variety of foods... I eat Kashi cereal w/ nonfat milk on weekday mornings at work, and at home on the weekends, I make eggs and either veggie sausange, or bacon. For lunch, I'll have a piece of non-battered fish or chicken, and as my after-exercise snack, I'll have a handful of mixed nuts (extra walnuts, cause I heard those are good for headaches). For dinner, either a grilled steak or grilled fish with sliced tomatoes or a half-avacado on the side. As a sincere potato-lover, it's been hard for me, but several months ago, I cut as many starchy foods out of my diet in an effort to lose weight. It worked. I almost never eat bread, pasta, junk food of any kind, fried foods, etc. My only indulgences (two-three times a week) are slivers of carrot cake, or a few squares of that incredible organic dark chocolate from Tader Joe's). <<Do you exercise regularly?>> I work two jobs and have several animals to take care of, so it's not easy. But I do work out on the treadmill and with weights for about 45 minutes, four times a week. I also do a lot of walking, just in general. <<Do you eat meat?>> Yep. <<Junk food?>> Nope. <<Prepackaged and processed foods?>> No. <<Do you eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables?>> Veggies, yes. Not much fruit. <<Do you smoke?>> No. <<Do you drink coffee, sodas, tea?>> Coffee and tea (herbal, and regular), no soda, ever. <<Do you work around people who smoke? >> No. I'm in California. They shoot you for smoking in a public or work place. *** The numbness and a dizziness has only come on after I started taking the vitamins and herbs.
