Guest guest
Is there an herb (chinese or western) other than angelica that helps regulate menustration? I am seeing a doctor, there is no medical condition causing it, and I'm not anemic. Could be stress causing it but it's also very stressful having irregular menses, Thank you, Sandy BTW I searched the archives first

Guest guest
Thanks for the responses, I am 31, it's not menopause. I had my menses stop for 6 months once but that was in my early twenties, and I was under stress. I haven't been under any unexpected stress this month or the last few months. My mother has been visiting more and she is on plant based estrace? two menopausal hormones. Could she be changing my cycle? I don't know if that theory is correct about women being in " tune " to eachother's cycles or not. We both just started yesterday, mine is a week early, she hadn't had one for a year until yesterday. If that's the truth it's kind of spooky and bad for me as I rely on knowing my cycles because I travel a lot in my business and prefer to travel around it. I would still like more regular cycles as I get grouchy without knowing. Speaking of breast pain earlier, I am getting that too past few months and it's unusual for me now, no change in diet, no coffee or sugar. Guest guest
Sandy, as for the cycles "tuning" to each other - yes it definitely does happen. I've had numerous experiences with this in different environments and different people. As for the breast pain, I am 37 and have been mental paused for almost 5 years LOL! But get this, I still lactate a bit, so I don't think my occasional breast pain would be the same thing. But I massage mine and it works. It might do the same for you, I am just not sure. Isn't that interesting? Over the last few months I've suddenly started having breast pain from the time I ovulate through to the time I menstruate. No change in diet, exercise, or anything. And another friend of mine has been experiencing the same thing as well. Weird.
