Hi Kim, it's no easy feat to give up smoking!! Your to be

congradulated. Juicing is a good way to get that nicotine out of your

system. Hang in there, it takes a lot of resolve to stay the course.

Good advice Kathe. I might also add that Lobelia helps to quit smoking.

 

Whenever you feel like smoking up, just take a dropperful of Lobelia tincture and the craving will go away.
