Guest guest
Good advice Kathe. I might also add that Lobelia helps to quit smoking. Whenever you feel like smoking up, just take a dropperful of Lobelia tincture and the craving will go away. Works great ;o) Love, Doc Dr. Ian Shillington505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - nkbaker2001 herbal remedies Thursday, October 31, 2002 12:41 PM [herbal remedies] Kim - smoking Hi Kim, it's no easy feat to give up smoking!!
