If she has a "wicked" allergy to garlic, she has problems with both the Kidneys and the Liver. A Total Body Cleanse is in order. In actuality, what you are seeing is garlic turning on a major detox, not an allergy. The solution is to give only small minute doses of garlic while doing a cleansing program so that she can detoxify gradiently. I can also tell by the list you gave that she is extremely intolerant of Enzyme Inhibitors. She needs some major enzyme supplementation immediately and the best for that is Papaya Seeds and fresh organic Pineapple.

You know I used to puree papaya and pineapple everyday as part of my first son's diet. He has a milder form of autistic tummy problems than my 2nd boy, but it sure does help a lot.
