Guest guest
>>>and have since then used msm, glucosamine, and condroitin to build myself up. >>> Hi Terri, Bless your heart hun! You have indeed been thru the wringer! Gosh, without doing some major research, I can't really suggest anything, BUT, I would like to tell you that I too took the MSM/Glucosamine and I didn't really see much come from it. Then I started buying the MSM in bulk, to use in my formulations, and then began to take it mixed in with my OJ every morning. I was very impressed with how quickly I noticed a difference, in comparison to the already made up pills. I always have to wonder if the pill actually does dissolve all the way. I think that by taking the MSM like that, it reaches your blood stream faster. Oh, also, when I have fits of bursitis in my elbow, I reach for the Ecchinacea. I know...it is supposed to be for cold/flu season, but it also ups the white? cell count, which helps reduce inflammation. I hope you can find some relief hun! Guest guest
Chris, it is the Vitamin C in the OJ that works to help the uptake of MSM :-) Janet - Chris Kelly herbal remedies Sunday, October 27, 2002 10:51 AM [herbal remedies] Terri >>>and have since then used msm, glucosamine, andcondroitin to build myself up. >>>Hi Terri,Bless your heart hun!
