Sorry, didn't see your name I am sending to the list as well as your

personal email addy. Have you tried MSM? I had 2 failed back surgeries

within 5 weeks and since taking the MSM internally, and using a lotion

formula that I did that has MSM included in it, I have gone from 4 Lortab

7.5's a day to 2. I know that you can get the MSM sometimes with

Chondroitin etc included. A friend of mine has the same problem as you and

she has noticed a dramatic change in her pain level while using the

lotion. I am trying to talk her into taking it internally It is worth

a try at this point. I was on heavy narcotics as well for nerve pain, and

nothing would touch it. Hope you can feel better soon!
