Problem with diarrhea

Slippery elm and ginger are usually good for diarhea... have you taken note of what you may be eating prior to this happening.... or if it happens in the morning what you ate the nite before? or drank alot of something.... apple juice, oj, etc....

you need to find out what it is that sets up the condition....
