Guest guest
Asthma and Cough Chest Rub For anyone else who might be interested, I discovered a wonderful chest rub blend for asthma and bronchial cough (whether asthma or just a bad chest cold). My son just recently got over a bad respiratory bug and he had terrible coughs and it also triggered his asthma. I was absolutely amazed at how well this blend worked. Not only did it help his asthma, it stopped the coughing within 20 min. of being applied. I found that I needed to reapply it every few (2-4) hours. Asthma and Cough Chest Rub 1 ounce carrier oil 3 drops eucalyptus 3 drops tea tree essential oil 2 drops lavender essential oil 1 drop rosemary essential oil (This recipe originally called for 2 drops helichrysum oil, but as I didn't have it, I left it out and it still worked beautifully.) Mix all ingredients well and apply to the chest, neck, and back. Repeat as necessary. I hope this helps someone else. Pearlmoon
