Mullein would be an excellent choice to start. It is very useful as an expectorant, reduces bronchial inflammation, and is a general tonic for the lungs.

[herbal remedies] QUESION: What to use for Asthma like symptoms?

I have allergies to the general things like cat hair, ragweed etc. But I've noticed when I drink or eatthings that contain dairy products, after a few days Ihave trouble breathing. I was told to drink tea tobreak up the phlegm and I also was given an inhalerand I've noticed when I used that, the phelgm comes upa little. Is there anything out there for clearing the lungs andallowing me to breathe better? I know I will have tocut out dairy products.====="Either Marinate or Elevate"Y!
