Guest guest
Hi Karen, Yes, you very well could have overdone your stretching. As Janet stated in a previous posting, you do want to go slowly and easily. Do not force the stretch. It has taken me 3 years of continuous stretching to get where I am at today. And I am not where I wish to be yet. But I am being very patient. I have found though, that taking it slow and easy is like re-educating my body, all those bones, cartilage, muscles, tendons, etc. They need time to stretch and it takes consistency and lots of patience. So take some time off to allow it to settle down and go back to doing the stretches very slowly and easily. You will be okay. Well, if you dump the cayenne out you will not have to wait for the gel cap to dissolve. If you don't mind the heat go for it. For most people who don't know, gel caps are made from cows. Yes it is true. However, more companies are starting to use vegi-caps which are made from vegetable materials. Just thought I would throw that in. I hope this answers you question Karen. I started on some for my lower back and thought they might have brought this episode on--maybe I over did it because I was feeling so good. I tried a plain cayenne poultice before I read your reply and it helped. I'll try mixing it with the ground mustard. I couldn't find a cleanse to start today because all the health food stores here were closed. Small town and only a couple of stores. Would it be better to dump the cayenne out of the capsules into dh20 and drink? I love hot pepper so the heat is no problem.KarenFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. While I'm not 100% vegetarian anymore...I still don't eat beef, pork, or veal...just chicken and fish occasionally. It probably wouldn't have bothered me much anyway, but I know alot of veggies that would not like that. Eeeeww...what part of the cow does gel capsules come from, lol...Kimherbal remedies, "Donald Eitner" <eitner.d@m...> wrote:> Hi Karen,> > Yes, you very well could have overdone your stretching.
