Guest guest
Hi Skip, Make a plaster, poultice or fomentation of cayenne and apply it to your sore hip and shoulders. Should bring you some pretty quick relief. Also start taking cayenne internally as well. Herbs you can use are lobelia, chaparral, and mullein. You can use apple cider vinegar and honey as well. But what the heck, do a total body cleanse and get the toxins out of those areas so they can heal. As long as the toxins remain so does the bursitis. You can find the total body cleanse regimen in the files. Hope this helps you. Don - Skip Taylor herbal remedies Saturday, September 28, 2002 3:24 PM [herbal remedies] Bursitis Ideas? Guest guest
I agree with Don, especially on the total body cleanse. I use castor oil packs overnight for accute pain and it has done the trick for me everytime. I'm grateful to have bursitis only in my big toe! Also food allergies have been linked to joint pain including bursitis. If you do the total body cleanse and the bursitis does not go away (it should if it results from toxins like uric acid or calcified tissue), or goes away then returns, you might consider food allergy testing. If the bursitis is due to injury, the total body cleanse should help or clear it as well - but you might need to spend some additional time focusing on rebuilding tissue (like with the BF & C combination, continuing superfood and rest/relaxation for example). happy healing! thessa herbal remedies, " Donald Eitner " <eitner.d@m...> wrote: > Hi Skip, > > Make a plaster, poultice or fomentation of cayenne and apply it to your sore hip and shoulders.
