We all would certainly be canidates to be drugged, just for beliveing in alternative medicine. You'd have to be crazy for using all those herbs and stuff. If this passes in CA it will sweep threw the nation. Of course, I'm sure there's many in goverment that would like to see the populace drugged and compliant.
