Guest guest
First of all, you want to use enough distilled water to cover the herbs. They have to soak in it over night. The amount of water you use will be dependant on the amount of herbs you use. There are many places online where you can order these herbs. You can also email Doc at Dr.IanShillington as he has these formulas already made up and will sell you some. But email him off the list!
