Guest guest
From the quotation before I see that it IS true that dairy is bad for the back. It is possible that this in fact is not an allergic reaction but the result of a calcium deficiency. Oddly enough cow's milk depletes the body's store of calcium as the blood becomes more acidic and the body will dump calcium into the bloodstream to lower the acidity to a safe level. The body gets it from the bones, the back then suffers greatly. I think this process gets worse over time as we eat more and more acid producing foods. Eat watermelon, cantalope and some other types of alkaline producing foods, and see what happens. I used to have a list of them,.....hummm...dont know where it went to. Sorry, Kristine Even now after several years with no chronic pain, if I eat dairy on a daily basis, after a couple of weeks the disc pain returns.
