Hello I wanted to get started growing meadowsweet andmaking the tea. Has anyone done this? I've taken red raspberry tea for cramps, and that really seems to help.. and I've heard that soy is good for menopause and other things as well. But I haven't tried the other for anything. :)

Nat, black cohosh, wild yam, red clover, red raspberry leaf, and soy are all beneficial to menopause. I have the best results with just red raspberry leaf tea. Everybody is different though, so you might have to try one at a time to see which will work best.
