Guest guest
Mike, Cleansing your liver will not only assist if from getting more polluted but will also, if you use the right herbal formula, help to tone and strengthen your liver. It is very difficult to do while you are still taking massive doses of pain meds and head meds though. If you can do the hot and cold therapy, Doc recommended in an earlier post, and attempt to get off or at least reduce the amount of pain medication you are on this will help dramatically. Ice packs alternating with a hot bath or use a cayenne poultice with maybe some mustard added to help bring blood to the area. Taking lecithin and niacin will help you as well. Don't be afraid to experiment. You have to find what will work for you. Your goal is to get off of pain meds not supplement them. You have a tough situation to contend with but it is not impossible if you choose to believe that you can be at cause over your own health and well being. Guest guest
Mike, Do the liver flush that you will find in the files. It would not hurt you to also do the total body cleanse, including bowel cleansing. For a poultice take 1 teaspoon powdered cayenne and 1 teaspoon of powdered mustard and mix it with 3 tablespoons of hot olive oil or hot water. Spread it on a piece of (maybe 12 x12) flannel and fold it in half. Place it over the injured area and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. If it is too uncomfortable then remove it immediately. Alternate this therapy with cold packs. The liver cleansing and total body cleansing will assist your Milk Thistle that you are taking. The bowel cleansing will assist because normally all those pain meds constipate a person.
