Hi All-

I wanted to catch up and say thanks again to Don and Suzi- I've been taking

your suggestions and am taking a mixture of burdock root, red clover &

yellow dock with some dandelion root thrown in for good measure to help with

my rosacea.

I'm happy to say that I feel great and my face has cleared up quite a bit.

Either way I appreciate the advice. At this point I'm not sure if the trick

was the decoction, cutting way down on caffeine, or not eating spicy foods-

but I think they all helped.

I also wanted to wish Jessie good luck in quitting smoking. When I quit I

put a lot of time into busy projects- cooking, crafts, learning html,

*anything* to keep my mind and hands busy. I also really thought about what

it means to be a 'non-smoker'. When I quit it had been so long I'd forgotten

what it was like to be a non-smoker, and it took me a while to remember how

it's done. It isn't easy, but as I told myself the first few days- if I've

lasted this long why not one more day? and another? and another?

Eventually the cravings will die down- but as it was said earlier, the

physical cravings leave a lot quicker than the mental ones.

good luck!

~Rebecca
