Guest guest
Hi Lynn, Welcome to the group. You can make a plaster or poultice with cayenne and place it hot on your fingers. This will help quite a bit. I would like to ask you a question! What kind of diet do you subsist on? Do you eat pastas? Meat? Do you use alcohol? Drink coffee? Sodas? Do you eat a fair amout of sweets stuffs? Use sugar? Do you eat bread and rolls? These are all important questions because if you do use these then most likely your body is too acidic. This will lead to RA and other physical problems as well. You need to bring your body into a more alkaline state and keep it there. This will do more for helping your RA than any drug or herb out there. Now this is just my .02 cents worth. I am sure that others will have much advice to offer as well. You can start with a liver cleanse and do a total body cleanse. Change your diet and you will feel much better. Feel free to look into the files and you will find a ton of info there that will assist you greatly. Again, welcome to our group, it is nice having you here.
