Depends on why your blood pressure is up in the first place. What does your diet consist of? Do you exercise regularly? Do you smoke? What medications are you taking? Basically, what caused your blood pressure to go up? There are all kinds of ways of bringing blood pressure down and regulating it but the best way is to handle the cause of it going up to begin with.
