Capsules vs tincture

Dear Sherry,

 

Under most circumstances (I can't think of an exception), a tincture is going to be more potent and more assimilable than a capsule. As far as "translating" one to the other, this would be almost impossible to determine unless one were into "standardization", and we've already had that argument ;o) LOL

 

Over the years I've attempted to capsulize just about every formula I've ever come up with and have had to go back to the tinctures for the sake of effectiveness and speed of absorbtion. The one exception is my Intestinal Cleanse #1 Formula which should be encapsulated in a "veggie" cap when you make this. Habanero Cayenne Pepper can be a little rough on the ole pipes when it is going down straight ;o)
