For those suffering from herpes1 or 2 here are some things

that have worked for me. I have th eworse stain of

herpes there must be. nothing seem sto work to stop the

outbreaks.

I take valtrex and l-lysinne. When I do not take the

l-lysine I have more frequents outbreaks.

I have found soaking in a warm tub of water with 1 -2 drops

of chlorine bleach per gallon water ,really speeds

up the healing process. I came up with this idea because

chlorine bleach kills germs and virus germs on

surfaces.

I have found tom's of main castile peppermint soap really

helps get rid of the pain. I hope they are still in

businees as I will need more and have not seen them in the

stores out here.

Take immune building herbs and virus fighting herbs,,,these

help.

I am just exporling the virus fighting herbs and do not have

any recommendations on them.

Herpes is not just breaking out in blisters. That is not the

worse part. Many first get flu like symptons and a

horrible backache, even with superior sanitation habits they

can spread to the eyes and cause damage or

blindness.

If you have ever had a small pox vaccination you can get

them ,if someone ever kissed you that had a cold sore

you can ge tthem. They can lay dormant for decades. Stress

can make them brak out.

I am trying to figure an herb to use on the ones on my eyes.
