You can use the formula in the files to make either a tea or a tincture. Both are excellent. When making the tincture, use at least an 80 proof Vodka. Check the files on how to make a tincture. The dosage for an adult would be 2 dropperfuls, 3 times a day taking into consideration the 150 rule. ;o)

[herbal remedies] BF and C formula

Hi Doc...I'm interested in making the BFC formula but I'm wondering if it is best prepared as a tea, tincture or some other form? I printed out the recipe but it really doesn't specify which way to prepare. Can you help? Also, what would the dosage be? Thanks...Kate
