on the cause of Fibro. It is a real disease, and I read on a website about yeast infections, that Fibro may be a massively scattered yeast infection. Just wanted to be of help to anyone that may be suffering. Kill the yeast, rid yourself of the FIbro. Candida Albicans is the type. Some say that use of Anti-biotics can cause this yeast to over run the body as the bacteria naturally occurring in the body, which keeps yeast in check and balance, is wiped out making the yeast able to overcome the "battle" so to speak.

I have had good success with my fibromyalgia clients when they are willing to go through candidiasis protocol, eliminate sugar, and starches, as well asl high glycemic foods. The trick is to get them to do this -- because, as Dr. Ian says, the medical establishment has labeled this as a "disease", separate and distinct from all others, and unrelated to any other, so may people are just sitting around waiting for a specific and easy cure-all for their own separate specific disease.

It is a problem, but those who sincerely do want to get well, and are willing to release any "secondary gain" they may have for *keeping* the disease do well.

Hello Everyone..:) I'm new to the group and I have a question...I have

been having leg cramps for the last two weeks. I went from being very

active (exercising almost 2 hours daily) down to nil due to the weather

and my asthma. I have not been active for a month and I began having a

severe pain in my right calf area so severe I went to the ER and they

even did a ultra sound to check for a blood clot...that was negative,

thankfully. All my blood work came back within the normal ranges.

Then, the cramps began in my left leg...the drs are saying it's due to

my stopping the exercising and that I need to get back doing them...in

the mean time i'm trying really hard to do that, but with getting cramps

it's hard. Does anyone have any ideas on what I might be able to do to

help lessen the cramps, or better yet get rid of them? Thanks in

advance for any input..:) Hugz ~Missty

Hi Missty:

Glad to see your new to us, I am fairly new myself. But same as you

I always get calf cramps, bottom of foot cramps and lately I have

been getting a knot in my upper thigh that just kills me when I get

it. What I found was I was low in Calcium or Magnesium. As long as

I take my suppliments I am fine and they leave me alone. But heaven

help me if I stop taking them...I do not always take them as I will

get a gallbladder attack...that is another story in itself. So

seeing as you were active your levels probably have dropped and this

may be the problem. To check it out just start taking the

suppliments and see if this may be it.

Thanks for listening.

When I was pregnant I got leg cramps almost every night until the dr told me to

eat a banana. She said I might be low in potasium (sp). I tried it and it

worked wonders. I found relief the first night. I didn't have to have a banana

every day but once in awhile really helped with the cramps. Kathy

Hi Missty,

I take magnesium caps for muscle spasms. I have FMS and the Dr

recommend them. I take two a day (total of 800 mg) but you have to be careful as

magnesium works like Milk of Magnesia and you will make tooooo many trips to the

bathroom (sorry for being gross here). I also increased my potassium and taking

both has really helped. Hope this helps a little.

This seems to be a few years old (just to put it in perspective). It

goes back to the year 2000. The article vanished off the Times of

London site, but CNN still has it:

cell phone menace

Vodafone sued over brain cancer

BY CHRIS AYRES, MEDIA BUSINESS CORRESPONDENT

BRITISH mobile phone suppliers are facing a billion-dollar legal

action brought by US brain tumour victims. The lawsuits, to be

launched by one of America's most successful lawyers, are the biggest

legal assault on the mobile phone industry and will be the most

extensive examination yet of claims that radiation from mobile phones

causes cancer.
