Guest guest
Doodles, The total body cleanse along with liver cleansing, bowel cleansing, and blood cleansing will do you a world of good. Our bodies get toxic from wrong diets, stress is really bad for creating a toxic environment. All body systems suffer drastically from ongoing stress. All of these can be found in the files. Start with the total body cleanse and go from there. It will only do you good. Don - doodle bug herbal remedies Friday, September 06, 2002 11:28 AM Re: [herbal remedies] rosacea?/sunscreen I have been dying to try to add to this question. I have rosacea as well as seb derm. I can tell you exactly when it started. I was in a very bad mariage (I left before or the stress killed me). I was pregnant and went toxic. My face turned bright red and has been various shades since. Now I eat an organic diet. I excersice (sometimes). I am out of the marriage, but I do still have to deal with him. I have been to the dr for a diagnosis. The meds he gave me either didn't work or made it worse, exceot the antibiotics helped some, but who wants to be on those forever. (He never ordered a liver test either.) I'm not on any meds. I don't eat any spicy food, coffee or other hot drinks or caffene. I do know that the sun and stress are triggers. I don't wear sunscreen, make up or use anything chemical on my face. I occasionally use a glycerine soap, but usually just water. I do use some jojoba oil on my face because the water really dries it out. I do also have a touch of colitis ususally brought on by stress. I was thinking about doing a total body cleanse, but i think i'm stuck with this. Does anyone have any different advise, or would it be the same. Thanks for bearing with me, Doodles cerulean 11 wrote: Hi-I'm a new member and I was hoping someone out there could give me some advice- there seems to be a lot of knowledgeable people on this list!My face has a red rash around the cheeks and chin. I've always had a bit of color there, but it's gotten a lot worse over time- particularly this year, although it doesn't coincide with any major health issues. It seems to get worse and then fade- although it never completely leaves anymore. It just got a lot worse this past week, and it worsened at the beginning of summer- although that faded after a few weeks. IÂ’m having a lot of trouble figuring out what causes or irritates it, and IÂ’m also at a loss as to how to treat it.I suspect that rosacea may be part of it, as my mother has that. However, I looked up the causes for rosacea, and the elements which make it worse: direct sun, alcohol, etc. don't seem to apply to me.I also know that it's at least partially due to some sort of allergic reaction, because of everything I've tried, hydrocortisone is the only thing that has any sort of effect. However, if it is an allergy, I can't figure out what it is caused by! I've ruled out soaps, detergents, and makeup. My diet hasn't changed while my face has gotten better and worse, so I doubt that that is the main cause. I did read that spicy foods may aggravate rosacea, but I'm hoping that isn't true for me- because I do love spicy food!If anyone has any suggestions as to potential causes I haven't thought of, or suggestions as to some alternative to hydrocortisone for treatment, I'd really appreciate it.thanks,Rebecca_______________Join the worldÂ’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
Guest guest
I have had great success with rosacea using acupucture and herbs. Amazingly I recent discharged a patient who I had mixed results with; after using ear seeds on him he went 4 weeks with no flare ups and have not seen him since. In chinse medicine we see it has related to the liver, stomach or lung. bob --- doodle bug <doodlebugboodles wrote: > > I have been dying to try to add to this question.
