Guest guest
MSM for starts and you can use Elemi, Lavender, Spikenard, Frankincense, Myrrh, or Geranium (Organic of course). Put a couple of drops of any one or make a blend and put a couple of drops into a tsp. of any massage oil and massage into the area daily. But definitely take MSM as it helps to keep the fluid balance in our cells constant and keeps the bonds between your cells and the cell structures flexible. These things become rigid with age and our diets are seriously lacking in sulphur. Guest guest
Hi Christy, MSM stands for Methysulfonylmethane and you can get it in either capsule form or powder form. I think the powder form is a better buy and you can find it most anywhere. Online, in stores, etc. It is a product that comes from pine trees. I would like to say that it is totally natural but that would be a lie as they do have to use volatile chemicals to extract it. It is quite similar to DMSO which is dimethylsulfoxide. Hope this answers your question! Don - ChristyRenae herbal remedies Thursday, September 05, 2002 8:16 PM Re: [herbal remedies] stretch marks?
