Guest guest
I'm not so sure about all that stuff for memory improvement. It is my considered opinion that the best way to improve one's memory is to exercise it. Instead of searching for a memory improving supplement that may or may not work (depending on whose studies you read) jump right into your studies and exercise your memory. There is nothing wrong with taking Gingko and ginseng and all of that. Add in some lecithin while you are at it. Choline has been shown to improve memory but not overly. Probably not anymore than Gingko. So have at it and start exercising that memory. ) Don - Persian herbal remedies Thursday, September 05, 2002 1:56 AM [herbal remedies] Help with memory please Hi to all in the group!I just joined recently, seems a fascinating and great place!I have checked out some of the articles in the files:)Currently I am taking a supplement from the HFS to try and helpme with my memory which has been appalling since 1999, and Ibelieve it is all menopause related! heheh I have given some infoaway already:)Anyway I cannot as yet make my own herbal remedies so if anyone canhave a look at this supplement I am taking and tell me if theythink the dosage of one capsule per day is useful and whetherthere is anything else I could take.
