Guest guest Posted September 4, 2002 Report Share Posted September 4, 2002 Anna, I take the magnesium, and calcium separate, 1500 mg of both and You will KNOW if you take too much magnesium!! They are both very inexpensive. Anything you can powder, crush or whatever will assimilate better into your system. The Cayenne--it is acutally the habanero tincure like in the files Doc makes--I put at this time a few drops in water and drink it. I must be getting immune to the taste because I can eat lots of cayenne now and not even know it is there! LOL--my family can't eat anything like that. The Hawthorn I take is like what you have, I take one more capsule than it says on the bottle, the recommendations are usually pretty low. I really hope you can do this, and get your BP regulated.
