Guest guest
I've also been told to do deep breathing on a regular basis...I live a stressful life, and I have to remind myself to BREATHE DEEPLY constantly. Somehow that stimulates the lymph system too. ELAINE - koolannluke twobears Wednesday, September 04, 2002 11:34 AM RE: [herbal remedies] Okay, read the files/Search First let me thank whoever posted this to the list. I'm new to the list just joined yesterday. I do have a couple questions and I will state up front that I am totally uneducated and ignorant of alot of things when it comes to health issues. So my questions may sound stupid to some but to me no question is ever a stupid one, just that the person asking the question is uneducated and ignorant as to what the facts or meaning of an issue is. I don't run cause I can't because of health issues one being that I have a right bad leg and secondly because I can't do traditional exercises I am way over weight though I carry my weight well because of my height and the way it is proportioned in the right places. I am 56 years old. What exactly is a "rebounder"? Is that like a trampoline? By what was stated here it is some sort of contraption to use to help one do some form of exercise. Is it known by some other name? What type stores would carry this item? "There is a Chinese form of Breast Massage - Did not know this was a technique or even had a name but I've been doing this for about a year now, breast massage. Didn't learn it either by reading anything about it just seemed the naturally thing to do for my breast. Always made my breast not feel as tired and heavy after I did the exercise. As far as bras go I never wear them unless I go out in public and sometimes don't wear them in public. I hate bras with a passion just as I hated girdles back in the 60's and 70's with a passion. Who ever invented both should just be lined up before a firing squad. Fortunately as mentioned here sports bras are pretty good if one has to wear anything. Carol Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. The Constitution guarantees you the right to be your own physician and toprescribe for your own health. We are not medical doctors although MDs are welcome to post here as long as they behave themselves. Any opinions put forth by the list members are exactly that, and any person following the advice of anyone posting here does so at their own risk. It is up to you to educate yourself.
