Guest guest
Anna...I've had great results keeping high bp down by taking 2 garlic capsules twice a day. Hawthorne berry is a good one to add, as is cayenne. There's a cayenne out there (by Nature's Way, I believe) called Capsicool...not so firey...has ginger to tone it down. Also, a capsule with all 3 herbs in it is called Garlicin HP. Excellent in my opinion, but sorta pricey...about $16/bottle last I got it. But, if you bought all separately, you'd probably spend more. <g> Good luck! Melissa ---------- Introducing NetZero Long Distance Unlimited Long Distance only $29.95/ month! If I remember correctly I did see Nature's Way product available somewhere but I'll have to look for it. Products in England mostly originated from the States but we seem not to have such a wide range here. Best, Anna

Guest guest
For somewhere around $10 you can get an item that allows you to fill your own capsules. It really works very well. Then you can buy powdered cayenne, garlic and ginger in bulk and make your own caps. I buy the ingredients in 1 lb bags and buy 1000 capsules at a time. The thing is called Cap-M-Quik and you can find it at several places on the web. It fills 50 caps at a time.
