Hi Carlin, according to the book I spoke of yesterday--if you take Cayenne in

larger amounts it has a cooling affect on the body. Just don't start out

taking large doses if you haven't built up--it could make you never want to

take it again. LOL--Patty

yes that will work fine.... I used it once when my DH got too much sun and got "faint' sick - he was burning..... I sprayed his whole body.... he went into chills.... needless to say it cooled him off - that was about 8 years ago - I don't spray the whole body like that any more....moderation...
