Guest guest
Hi Carlin, according to the book I spoke of yesterday--if you take Cayenne in larger amounts it has a cooling affect on the body. Just don't start out taking large doses if you haven't built up--it could make you never want to take it again. LOL--Patty
Guest guest
Peppermint tincture mixed with water in a spray mister bottle! Is there anything you could suggest to help me cool off. I live in S.C. and heat is a constant. Other than moving, which I keep trying, is there any herbal that can help? Thanks!Carlin
Guest guest
Carlin, yes that will work fine.... I used it once when my DH got too much sun and got "faint' sick - he was burning..... I sprayed his whole body.... he went into chills.... needless to say it cooled him off - that was about 8 years ago - I don't spray the whole body like that any more....moderation...
