One thing about Potatoes is that they have a drawing property--you might make a poultice overnight of raw grated potatoes and maybe some french green clay to thicken this slightly. It may get worse before getting better but usually within 3 days you should see an improvement. The Essiac tea also draws toxins but if the plumbing isn't functioning well it cannot do the job as well. If I were you I would try some strong coffee enemas to increase the livers functioning. Also be sure to drink 1/2 your wt in oz of water. ( If you weight 100 lbs you should drink 50 oz of water, ect.) The other thing that comes to mind is a man I met a few years ago whose hands were very white. I asked if he had been burned he said no that he was cutting fire wood and got a bad case of poison ivy. He went to many local doctors and didn't find any relief it looked terrible and was very infected he finally started taking massive doses of vitamin C and in a few days it started healing. I am sorry I don't remember how many units it was he said but seemed awfully high but he figured he was going to loose both his arms to the elbow if something wasn't done. This all happened 30 or more yrs ago. Did you know roses, cashews and poison ivy are all related to the rose family so if you are allergic to one you may be allergic to them all. Poison Ivy never has bothered me but it does my son. The doctors give him a cortisone shot because overnight it goes systemic. Well that enough for now let us know what works!
