Helen,

What about getting some DMSO adding to it and applying it directly onto your wrists? Have you thought about taking MSM also? My dad had carpal tunnel (and I think there was some arthritis going on to) in his wrists.... after several months or better of taking it his wrists no longer hurt and he can hold a coffee cup without pain.....

Hi everyonethis is my first posting. I have bad arthritis at present it is worst in my wrist. I have been using Dr Christophers mixtures AR and BF & Cunfortunately I mistakenly ordered BF & C in cut form instead of powdered. I have been grinding it further by using a coffee grinder but I still have quite a bit of the herb bits over which will not go into the capsules. I had this brainwave and simmered it down to a strong decoction but I am now stuck as what to do with it next, I was thinking of somehow turning it into a cream ointment liniment or what everthat I could massage into the skin. Can anyone in the group help me (besides saying to drink it)HerballyHelenNZ

I've had fantastic results from MSM.

You need to start gradually and you can work up to about 5 or 6 grams

a day. Some people need to take up to 20 grams a day.

If you look on the internet you can get it cheaply, just make sure

its 99.6% or higher in purity. The remainder being just a little

water which is naturally attracted to MSM.
