Guest guest
You can add the temperature/weather forecast to your signature quite easily. Go to www.wunderground.com At the top of the screen, enter in your zip code to get your local weather. When the new window comes up, you need to scroll down and look in the left hand column for the "Add this sticker to your homepage" link. Click on this. Another window will open, and you can pick any of the graphics that are available. When you see the graphic you like, click on it and it will open in a new window. Right click over the graphic and choose copy. Open up your signature in your email program. Paste the graphic you just copied into your signature. In order for the graphic to show up, you have to have some type of writing in the signature (I put an *). The graphic will automatically change about every hour. Have fun! Hi Pat, I am just curious, how do you get the temp. for you city in your email? Don - Pat herbal remedies Wednesday, August 21, 2002 5:24 AM Re: [herbal remedies] Herb Suggestions??? Thank you. At this point, with her having migraines at least twice a week, she'll try just about anything (except garlic, she just won't do it, LOL). Thank you!!! She can take that much up to 6 times a day, depends on the person. I always suggest starting low and adjusting from there according to what works for you. Janet - Pat herbal remedies Tuesday, August 20, 2002 1:00 PM Re: [herbal remedies] Herb Suggestions??? How much feverfew per day? I've heard it works well, but have only heard it comes in tea form, and my friend with migraines doesn't like tea, so pill/capsule form would be best. Pat * ---- herbal remedies Tuesday, August 20, 2002 14:53:56 herbal remedies Re: [herbal remedies] Herb Suggestions??? Pat, feverfew is excellent for migraines. When my hubby takes his everyday, he doesn't have them. CFS is more complicated and you should get a personalized plan for it. Call the Doc up and see what he thinks :-) Janet - Suzanne Nottmeier herbal remedies Tuesday, August 20, 2002 11:38 AM Re: [herbal remedies] Herb Suggestions??? Pat, My mom used to get the "sickening" migraines.... She started taking garlic with parsley (like mega doses) every day and after several months or so, we all realized mom wasn't having migraines anymore..... Peppermint oil is also good to help the pain (rubbed on temples, etc.) As for the rest, I really don't have any experience with but I would imagine a total cleanse would definitely help.
