KEFIR BENEFITS

This is individual, and I don't think you will find an amount that will

absolutely provide max benefits to everyone. People have different

health conditions, and what is enough or too much for one, may not be

for another. From I heard and read, people usually drink from one to

several cups a day. Some say breaks need to be made. If you haven't seen

it, peruse http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html

I was visiting somebody recently where I was given a kefir drink. It was

a blend of kefir with strawberries. It was very tasty and not strong at

all. You can control how sour kefir gets by varying how long it

ferments, its temperature, and kefir grains to milk ratio. You can also

add some maple syrup to make it sweeter.
