FDA action against herbs

I just got a posting from a homeopath on another list about the FDA's

attempt to restrict the use of herbs. The issues are noted at the

following site. (List owner, please excuse not clearing this with

you first. I did clear it with a different list; as it was OK'd, I

wanted to post this on as many lists as possible).
