The general rule of thumb is that the north pole is calming, and the south

pole is stimulating. So which pole faces the body depends to some degree on

what you're trying to accomplish.

I have personally seen many people get deep into magnetic therapy. Most of

them, the deeper they got, the weirder they got. I saw several whose skin

turned deathly pale, they looked terrible, had no energy, and yet were

incredibly dedicated to their magnets. This is not necessarily an answer --

lots of things have to be considered, and we are collectively far from having

adequate knowledge of the field available. About the best resource i've seen

is the work of Buryl Payne, in " The Body Magnetic " .

If you want to play with magnets, i would strongly suggest that you find a

Nikken distributor in your area. That particular multilevel company has done

the best job of putting together a group of products that work well and are

generally safe. I've noticed they train their people well. I've also

observed several Nikken distributors sticking with it over a period of many

years, which is a very good sign.

Thankyou very much Michael ... I didn't realize that there were dangers

involved with magnets - I will definitely proceed with caution.

I'll check out Nikken distributers on the web - I doubt there are any in

my area but some companied will ship products and I'm very grateful for

that.

The area I live is still existing in a time when the doctor is the ruler and

you must follow his advice.

I know some can't advertise their websites in this group but I hope its okay

if I ask if you could privately email me your address - I've seen it

mentioned in emails and it sounds so interesting - I really would like to

visit it. I have so much to learn and I think I'll have lots of enjoyment in

the process !

Thankyou so much
