Guest guest
In many cases, it has been found that when people have trouble sleeping, the problem is in the bedroom itself. If anyone finds they sleep better on the road, then this is the likely problem. The most common problem in bedrooms where people can't sleep is electrical. It can be that a service panel is located too close to the bed, causing magnetic fields to distort body processes. Remember that our blood is full of iron. Some appliances will cause problems. The most intense problems i have seen come from waterbed heaters and antique metal lamps close to the bed. You can find someone to run out to your place and do an electromagnetic check, or you can go up to any of several web sites (including mine) where you can get more information which will allow you to try some simple rearrangements on your own.
