Guest guest
Have any of you used olive leaf extract for anything? I've been reading that it can help fibromyalgia, and wondered if anyone here knew anything about that. Melinda
Guest guest
I take olive leaf extract, 12% by natures way everyday. I believe it has helped me in more than one area. I do take other tinctures and herbs so it is a bit hard to narrow it down for you though... I do NOT have what you have though. I know it is anti-viral. I use it every time I get a sinus infection. I take it until a small bottle is empty. By the end of the first day, I feel much better and by the 2nd day, I feel " normal " . I don't know if I'm " doing it right " , but it works for me. The very helpful woman at our health food store called it " natures antiobiotic " . I've never heard of it for fibromyalgia, but I don't know anyone who has it. hth, Lori Health - Feel better, live better http://health. Guest guest
> You take all that in one day??? be more specific please no. I take the 3-4 per day as recommended on the bottle....I just keep taking it until the bottle is empty. I don't know how many days that is...maybe a week or 10 days. By the " first day " and " 2nd day " comments, I only meant that it seems to help me quickly. I continue to take it for the same reason you should finish all of an antiobiotic prescription...you can feel better and still have some of the infection. -L > - > " Lori Deana Luza " <lorideana > <herbal remedies > > Saturday, August 03, 2002 7:13 AM > Re: [herbal remedies] Olive Leaf Extract? > > > > > Have any of you used olive leaf extract for anything? > > > I've been > > > reading that it can help fibromyalgia, and wondered > if > > > anyone here knew anything about that. > > > > I use it every time I get a sinus infection. Guest guest
I haven't used it for fibromyalgia but have used it for parasites our 89 and 90 y.o. Uncles had and it is amazing, works so well on other things too! I think you should try it and let us know what you think. You can look in the archives about what was said about olive leaf. Good stuff! Patty
