Hi everyone,

When making Echinacea tincture, which part of the plant do you use? This

question might have arisen before but could not find it in the archives.

Does the same rule apply for all flowers, plants herbs etc.. I have never

made any and want to have a go.

Thanking you in anticipation,

Jocelyne

Jocelyne,

When I make it I use the roots.... I would expect you can use the leaves or flowers... I use them to feed to my goats when they are under the weather....

Good thing Don answered that last post because I was wondering if she poisoned herself too. LOL--PattyFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Hello,

Actually, I have heard that the numbness/tingling is a sign of a really good batch of echinacea, and if you don't feel the numbness/tingling , it isn't strong enough.

Love,

Nijma
