abnormal menstruation and progesterone

Hi all, I am new and have a question. A few months back I was

diagnosed with Endometriosis. I have alway had irregular periods.

After my laparoscopy, I continued on BCP's but I am still getting

bleeding. Spotting on up to a full blown period. I am thinking

about going off the pill( I am trying to go for all natural txs)and

starting on a natural progesterone cream. Has anyone had experience

with this and if so, how did the progesterone work for you? I need a

little back up because I am going to my doc next week and haven't a

clue what he will think or say. ( He's not a naturopath.) Any

insight would be helpful...Oh, I need to mention that during the lap,

a fibroid and a cyst were found on the back side of my uterus.
