Guest guest
I've had a a headache for the last two days. Possibly, due to my lack of sleep. Is there any herbal (or any other natural -- must be safe, of course) remedy for it that is fast acting. I need to be able to concentrate to finish a job I am doing. I don't want to take Tylenol. Thanks Roman
Guest guest
Hi Roman, Drink a glass of water, it may be that you are dehydraded. Or inhale some peppermint EO, lavender works quite well too. I hope you feel better soon. Light and Love, TigerSkye Roman <r_rom wrote: I've had a a headache for the last two days. Possibly, due to my lack ofsleep. Guest guest
Also those headaches in the summer could be a salt/potassium deficiency. Try some cell salts and potassium (watermelon is a great source). Also a calcium/magnisum mixture such as Calm work well.
